SA Prime Minerals and Logistics is a South African Broad based Energy Mineral - development and logistics Group of companies, founded by entrepreneurs and professionals in the mining, finance and logistics sectors of South African economy.

Established as a response to the growing challenges of diminishing funding avenues for emerging mining companies in South Africa and the world.

The limitations of infrastructure & logistics for export of beneficiated products continues to marginalize the vast majority of non-traditional mining operators in the country.

He is Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience in Financial services and has held various positions including but not limited to the following organizations:

• KPMG- External and internal audit divisions
• Rand Merchant Bank- Structured Finance
• Sotobe Chartered Accountants;
• Ebotos Capital
• AEP  Energy Africa
• Durban University of  Technology 

Wilfred Mabena
Head of Projects

He served in the  South African national defence military intelligence corps, he has over 20 years of experience in executive positions within the South African government, including being a board member of SITA. He holds board positions in various companies, namely Cybervest Limited, Zamofor Developments and Investco Africa Group.

Arthur Dladla

He is a seasoned mining executive, previously with over 30 years experience in government and private sectors. He has held various positions  including but not limited to the following organizations:

• African Exploration Mining and Finance Corporation (AEMFC)
• Transnet (formerly known as ​South African Transport Services)
• Standard Bank (South Africa)
• Department of Foreign Affairs
